LMPC Rules for E-commerce Industry
The Central Government has amended The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodity) Rules, 2011 with its notification GSR 629(E) dated 23rd June 2017. With this notification, LMPC rules and The Legal Metrology Act were made applicable to all E-commerce websites.
