USP declaration extended GSR 747(E)
The Department of Consumer Affairs has extended the deadlines to comply with the rules and provisions related to the declaration of Unit Sale Price (USP) from 1st October 2022 to 1st December 2022.
The notification GSR 747(E) was published in the official gazette on 30th September 2022 around 7:15 Pm right a day before the applicability of the previous notification GSR 226(E) was about to come into force.
